Why I built this
I got pulled into a meeting with my manager and a PowerBI dashboard showing I was at 48% in-office for Q3.
I wasn't. I was at 64%. I knew because I'd been tracking in a spreadsheet after the badge reader ate two of my swipes in September.
But my janky spreadsheet didn't exactly scream "evidence." I couldn't prove anything. I sat there while my manager talked about "accountability" and "being a team player."
