Arteeoo is an iOS app that helps you plan return-to-office (RTO) schedules and collect GPS evidence when badge swipe systems fail. Track your compliance, export reports, and sync with Google Calendar.
Arteeoo is free with basic features. Arteeoo Plus ($2.99 one-time purchase) adds GPS logging, PDF export, Google Calendar sync, and iCloud sync.
Arteeoo is policy-agnostic. You set your target percentage (e.g., 60% in-office) and work pattern. The app calculates how many days you need and helps you plan accordingly.
Privacy & Data
Yes. Arteeoo has zero servers. All data stays on your device unless you enable optional iCloud sync or Google Calendar publishing. We never see, collect, or access your data.
No. Your data is private to you unless you choose to share a PDF report or publish to a shared Google Calendar. The app has no connection to your company's systems.
GPS coordinates are stored locally on your device. They're only used when you generate a PDF report for disputes. We never send location data anywhere.
iCloud sync uses Apple's encrypted cloud storage. We don't control or access your iCloud data—it's handled entirely by Apple.
Features
When you mark a day as "In Office," you can tap "Log Location" to capture your GPS coordinates. This creates a timestamped record proving you were near the office. Use it to dispute badge swipe errors.
Reports show your date range, daily status (in-office/remote/out), GPS timestamps with map snippets (if captured), and summary statistics. They're designed to be shared with HR or legal counsel.
The free version assumes one office location. GPS logging captures wherever you are when you tap "Log Location"—useful if you work from different office locations.
No. Arteeoo doesn't connect to corporate badge systems. It's an independent tracking tool to help you plan and provide evidence when systems fail.
Google Calendar Sync
Arteeoo publishes your in-office and remote days to a Google Calendar of your choice. Your family or colleagues can see your schedule. It's one-way: we only write events, we don't read your calendar.
All-day events titled "In Office" or "Remote" on the dates you've planned. Out days (PTO, sick) are NOT published—those stay private.
Yes. Settings → Google Calendar → Disconnect. You can also revoke access via Google Account settings.
No. We only create new events. Your existing calendar events are untouched.
RTO Compliance
Arteeoo calculates compliance based on eligible days (work days minus holidays, PTO, sick, travel). You set your target percentage. The app shows real-time progress toward your goal.
If you mark a Saturday or Sunday as "In Office," it counts toward your compliance target. Configure your work pattern in Settings if you regularly work weekends.
Yes. Mark which days you plan to be in-office vs remote. The app calculates whether you're hitting your target and shows how many more in-office days you need.
Technical
Arteeoo requires iOS 17 or later. It works on iPhone and iPad.
Not yet. We're considering it for a future update.
Yes, if you enable iCloud sync. Your calendar data will sync across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.
If you have iCloud sync enabled, your data transfers automatically. Otherwise, generate a PDF backup before switching devices.
Settings → Restore Purchase. This works if you bought Arteeoo Plus and want to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling.
Troubleshooting
GPS accuracy depends on your environment. Buildings, weather, and urban areas affect signal. The app captures approximate location (~500m), which is sufficient for proving you were near the office.
Make sure: (1) Both devices are signed into the same iCloud account, (2) Both devices have internet connection, (3) iCloud sync is enabled in Settings, (4) Wait a few minutes for sync to propagate.
Check: (1) You've authorized Arteeoo in your Google Account, (2) You selected a calendar during setup, (3) Try disconnecting and reconnecting in Settings → Google Calendar.
If you have iCloud sync enabled, your data should be on other devices. Otherwise, no—local deletions are permanent. We recommend enabling iCloud sync or regularly exporting PDFs.
Disputes & Legal
We can't guarantee acceptance. GPS evidence is one data point among many. Some employers may accept it, others may not. It's most useful when combined with other evidence (emails, calendar invites, etc.).
Yes. The PDF export is designed to be attorney-ready. However, Arteeoo is a tool, not legal advice. Consult an employment lawyer for your specific situation.
Generate a PDF report showing your GPS evidence, export it, and submit to HR. The report includes timestamps and map locations to support your case.
