Common Issues

I can't find the "Log Location" button

Make sure you've marked a day as "In Office" first. The GPS logging feature only appears for in-office days.

Google Calendar sync isn't working

  1. Check that you've authorized Arteeoo in your Google Account
  2. Verify you selected a calendar during setup
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting in Settings → Google Calendar

My iCloud sync is delayed

iCloud sync can take a few minutes to propagate between devices. Make sure both devices have an active internet connection and are signed into the same iCloud account.

GPS coordinates seem inaccurate

GPS accuracy depends on your environment. Buildings and urban areas can affect precision. The app uses approximate location (~500m radius) which is sufficient for proving you were near the office.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → Delete All Data → Confirm. This permanently removes all calendar entries, GPS data, and settings from your device.
